My goal is to make every client a client for life. As a successful, full time REALTOR®, I have extensive knowledge of the greater Tucson area. For the past 4 years, I have helped many families either find the home that is right for their lifestyle and price point or sell their home to the right Buyer. My background from growing up in a military family provides a strong foundation to properly evaluate market conditions to determine the right course of action for both Buyers and Sellers. I act as an advocate for my clients and take the trust they place in me very seriously. Clients receive added value at every turn, and my experienced negotiating skills deliver better outcomes on both sides of the table. For Buyers, I listen to what is important to them and have the experience to know which neighborhoods and home features will meet their needs. For Sellers, I take an individualized approach, knowing that each home has special aspects that will appeal to it’s ideal Buyers. Seller’s homes are marketed with the latest online tools, including various websites and social media, as well as traditional print media. My professionalism and high quality of service, gives my clients and exceptional level of personal attention, including constant communication on a listing’s activity with Sellers and status updates with Buyers. I have several relationships with affiliated real estate service providers, such as home inspectors and mortgage representatives that will help me deliver any assistance that clients may need throughout the entire process.
Community Involvement
I place great importance on giving back to the Tucson community, regularly dedicating time and money to several organizations, including Junior League of Tucson, March of Dimes and several organizations that my children were a part of during elementary and high school.
